At Bhumikalp, we ensure that every ceramic product is carefully packed to reach you safely. Please read our shipping policy below for details on order processing and delivery.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high demand or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time (unless stated otherwise).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before placing the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

  • All ceramic products are securely packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • Despite our best efforts, ceramics are fragile, and we request customers to handle packages with care upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Bhumikalp will not be responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds will not be issued for such orders.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
