At Bhumikalp, we ensure that every ceramic product is carefully packed to reach you safely. Please read our shipping policy below for details on order processing and delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During high demand or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time (unless stated otherwise).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before placing the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

All ceramic products are securely packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Despite our best efforts, ceramics are fragile, and we request customers to handle packages with care upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of:
- The damaged product
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label

Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Bhumikalp will not be responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
Refunds will not be issued for such orders.
