At Bhumikalp, we take great care in crafting and packaging our ceramic products. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, size issues, or minor variations in color, texture, or finish.
All ceramic products are handcrafted, and slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
You may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order only if:
The item is damaged during transit, or
You received a wrong item
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Share clear photos and/or videos of:
The damaged product
The outer packaging
The shipping label

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
We will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund to the original payment method
We do not require the damaged item to be returned in most cases due to the fragile nature of ceramics.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products without damage or defect
Minor color, texture, or design variations
Sale or discounted items
Custom or made-to-order products
Gift cards
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Replacement shipping (in case of approved damage/wrong item) will be covered by Bhumikalp
